	* Exported from MasterCook * Kat's Hot Spinach Dip & Pitas Recipe By : Kat Serving Size : Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 9-11 Nov 2006 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- DIP 1 package frozen chopped spinach -- defrost and drained of excessive moisture 1 package cream cheese 2 tomatoes -- diced 1 medium onion -- diced 1 package Monterey jack cheese -- or cheddar PITAS 1 package pita bread -- cut into 8ths (or 2) 1 stick margarine Lemon pepper Cumin For Dip: Mix together and bake til melted. Can be microwaved. For Pitas: Brush pitas with butter. Sprinkle lemon pepper generously. Sprinkle small amount of cumin on top. Bake 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
