Delicious Digestion Salad

1 head romaine lettuce -- cut into
bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon raw olive oil
3 garlic cloves -- minced
1 tender tangerine -- diced
1/2 cup diced soft fresh papaya -- cut into chunks
1 medium sweet red onion -- sliced thin
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 lemon -- juice of
1/8 teaspoon stevia powder -- (optional)
Mix all together well.
Delicious any time, but excellent for spring and very hot summer days.
Chet: If you're not into raw foods or veganism, you can turn this into an
excellent summer chef salad: add 1 1/4 cups of flaked freshly baked salmon
or flounder, with green and black olives chopped.

ChupaNote: I added one each (small) red, green & yellow sweet bell peppers,
chopped. Used 1 large papaya, diced (it was way more than 1/2 cup)!!!
