White Bread

6 cups flour
2 2/3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons dry yeast
2 cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter -- melted
2 teaspoons cinnamon -- for cinnamon bread
2 cups raisins -- for cinnamon bread
In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Blend well.
Heat water and oil until very warm (120-130 F.). Add warm liquid to flour,
blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes. By hand, stir in
additional 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour until dough pulls away from sides of
bowl. Place in greased bowl and cover, let rise until light and doubled
in size.
Punch down dough several times. Divide dough into 2 parts, shape into
loaves or hamburger rolls or hot dog rolls. Cover, let rise until dough
is doubled. Bake in 375F. oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from pans,
brush tops with melted butter.

White Chocolate Chips Cookies

1/3 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray two baking sheets with vegetable spray.
1. In a large bowl and using a whisk or electric beater, combine sugar,
egg, oil, water, corn syrup and vanilla.
2. In another bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and baking powder. With a
wooden spoon, stir the mixture into the wet ingredients just until
everything is combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
3. Drop dough by the tablespoon, spaced well apart, onto prepared baking
sheets.
4. Bake one sheet at a time in the centre of the oven for 12 minutes or
until the cookies are golden and slightly soft.

Makes about 30 cookies.
These chocolate cookies have white chocolate chips spread throughout that
melt into the cookies while they are baking. Absolutely delicious.

World's Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
[I used Low-Fat peanut butter]

[I used 1/4 cup Egg Beaters]
Mix and bake 9-10 minutes at 350 F.
I know it sounds crazy but they are GOOD!!!!!!
Makes about 25 cookies.

wanted to make it low-carb, low fat so made the changes mentioned in the
