4 cups chilled pineapple juice
3 cups chilled apricot nectar
2 cups chilled grapefruit juice
1 1/3 cups gin
1 cup tonic water
Ice cubes
Tonic water
Stir first 3 ingredients in large pitcher to blend. (Can be prepared 1
day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
Add gin and tonic water to fruit juices and stir to blend. Fill 8 tall
glasses with ice. Pour drink over. Garnish pineapple spears and serve.

Thai Chicken Pizzas

6 flour tortillas
[8 to 10 inches in diameter]
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese -- (8 ounces)
2 cups cooked chicken breast
1 pound frozen stir-fry vegetables -- thawed and drained
Heat oven to 400F.
Place tortillas on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 5 minutes or until
crisp.
Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar; spread over tortillas. Top
each with 1/4 cup of the cheese. Spread chicken and vegetables evenly over
tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Baking Time : 10 minutes
Serves 6.

2 bananas -- broken into pieces
2 1/2 cups ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender jar; cover.
Depending on the settings of your blender crush or blend for about 1 minute
or until desired consistency is reached.
