* Exported from MasterCook * Delicious Pork Chops (Bobbie's) Recipe By : Original Recipe by Bobbie Banghart Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 8-07 Jul 2005 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 thick cut boneless pork loin chops Fat-free non-stick spray Black pepper -- to taste Garlic powder -- to taste 1 can Italian-style stewed tomatoes 1/2 green bell pepper -- cut in small squares Salt Sprinkle chops with pepper and garlic powder. Brown in fat-free spray in deep frying pan. Add tomatoes and peppers, turn heat down and cover. Cook until pork is tender, about 45 minutes. (Add water, if necessary to keep meat moist.) When pork is done. Cook tomatoes down to make a smooth thick sauce. Sprinkle the chops with salt. Serve pork with sauce and bell peppers on top. Serves 4.
