Spread a layer of the honey paste over the top side of each veal chop. Place crust side up on the baking tray. Return the tray, uncovered, to the oven on the rack furthest from the heat. Broil for 10 minutes longer, checking to make sure the honey crust is not burning. Garnish with chopped chives. Chop butter into pieces and add to honey. Stir five minutes over medium heat til butter melts. Stir in sesame seeds. Line 7" x 11" pan with baking paper, and with wet hands press sesame mix into pan. Refrigerate til set. Cut into bars and store in fridge. My notes: The original recipe called for a 28 x 18 centimeter pan. The closest I can get in American sizes is 7" x 11".
