* Exported from MasterCook * Ten Minute Beef Stroganoff (Lo-Carb) Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 8-01 Mar 2005 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound sirloin -- sliced 1/4-inch thick 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms 1 can condensed beef broth 1 cup sour cream 1/2 tablespoon flour 1/4 cup butter Fry beef in 1/4 cup butter. Push to one side; add onions and mushrooms. Add beef broth (do not boil). Quickly add sour cream and flour you have stirred together. Heat (but do not boil). 4 Servings: 7 Carbs per serving: Dreamfields has some decent fettuccini noodles that you could cook and serve this over at only 5 carbs per serving. Look on Google and see where the store nearest to you sells their products. You could also serve this over 2 slices of toasted Atkin's rye bread bought already baked in the freezer of your health food store.
