                     Hamburger and Zucchini Casserole

  2               cups  grated zucchini -- (uncooked)
     1/4      teaspoon  basil
  1                cup  onion -- chopped
  2               cups  cottage cheese
  1                cup  grated cheddar cheese
  1              pound  hamburger
  1                cup  instant rice -- cooked
                        Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large skillet, brown hamburger and onions.
Add rice, basil, salt and pepper.

Place half of the zucchini in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Cover with hamburger mixture.  Spread cottage cheese over hamburger and add 
another layer of zucchini.  Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

Bake for about 35 minutes.

                             Hawaiian Muffins

  4               cups  flour
  2        tablespoons  baking powder
     1/2           cup  sugar
  1           teaspoon  salt
  4                     eggs -- beaten
  1 1/2           cups  milk
     1/2           cup  butter -- melted
  1 1/2           cups  drained crushed pineapple

Sift dry ingredients.
Add eggs, milk and butter.
Stir until smooth. Add pineapple, mixing well.

Spoon into greased 3-inch muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.

Bake at 425 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes.

Makes 24 muffins.

                             Hazelnut Muffins

  2                     eggs
     3/4           cup  yogurt
     1/2           cup  melted butter or margarine,
     1/2           cup  Frangelico liqueur -- (hazelnut liqueur)
     1/2           cup  sugar
  1 1/2           cups  flour
     1/2           cup  chopped hazelnuts
  3          teaspoons  baking powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.; prepare pans.

Combine wet mix ingredients and mix well. Add the dry mix to the wet mix
until just combined.

Spoon into pans and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Makes 12 servings.

     1/2         pound  deli ham -- sliced
     1/2         pound  Genoa salami -- sliced
     1/2         pound  American cheese -- sliced
  1               head  lettuce -- shredded
                        [small head]
  3                     tomatoes -- diced
  1             medium  onion -- minced
  1 1/2           cups  mayonnaise
  2        tablespoons  oregano
  12                    hoagie rolls -- sliced 1/2-inch
                        thick
                        or loaf of baguette style bread -- sliced

Cut the ham, salami and cheese into small pieces by rolling jelly-roll style, 
thinly slicing then slicing again into half-moon-shaped pieces.

Mix in a bowl with oregano and mayonnaise.  Add the onion. Add lettuce and 
tomato just before serving.

Serve with slices of bread or even crackers.

Makes 15 to 20 servings.

                 Hot Ham and Swiss French Bread Sandwich

  1                     French bread roll -- 6-inch
                        or demi-baguette -- partially split
  1           teaspoon  Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
  2                     Kraft 2% Milk Swiss Singles
  6             slices  Oscar Mayer 96% Fat Free Honey Ham

SPREAD bottom half of roll with mustard; cover with 2% Milk Singles, ham
and top half of roll. Place sandwich on cookie sheet; cover with foil.

BAKE at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until 2% Milk Singles are melted and
sandwich is thoroughly heated. Cut sandwich in half.

KRAFT KITCHENS TIPS

Great Substitute: Prepare as directed, using KRAFT 2% Milk American
Singles.

Prep Time: 10 minutes. Total Time: 10 minutes.
