                        Decadent Chocolate Delight

  1            package  chocolate cake mix
  8             ounces  sour cream
  1                cup  chocolate chips
  1                cup  water
  4                     eggs
     3/4           cup  vegetable oil
  1            package  chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
                        mix (4 serving)

Lightly grease inside of slow cooker.  Combine all ingredients in large
bowl. Pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on
High 3 to 4 hours. Serve hot or warm with ice cream.

More delicious chocolate desserts in the slow cooker.

  3             pounds  prunes
  3             pounds  raisins
  3                     oranges
  3             pounds  sugar
     3/4         pound  nutmeats -- if desired

Cook prunes and remove the seeds.  Pour 2 cups of water over the seeds and let 
stand 1 hour, strain.  Combine this liquid with that in which prunes were cooked.

Add prunes, seeded raisins, sugar and oranges which have been cut in thin
slices.

Cook 25 minutes.

Add nutmeats and cook 10 minutes longer.

Makes 16 glasses.

Provides an excellent filling for a cake or sauce over ice cream.

                Deluxe Broccoli Mushroom Omelet For One

  2                     eggs
     1/4           cup  milk
                        Broccoli -- (small handful)
                        Mushrooms -- (small handful)
                        Cheese -- (mozzarella/Cheddar/
                        Swiss)
                        Garlic
                        Butter

Steam broccoli, mushrooms and garlic.

Beat 2 eggs with 1/4 cup milk.

Grate mozzarella, Cheddar and Swiss cheese.

Fry up mixed egg and milk. Put toppings in the middle.  Fold it in half and let 
fry for 2 more minutes.

Serve.

                           Double Sherbet Punch

  12            ounces  orange juice frozen concentrate
  6             ounces  lemonade frozen concentrate
  3               cups  pineapple juice
  1              quart  lime sherbet
  1 1/2         quarts  ginger ale -- chilled

Mix orange juice and lemonade as directed on label.

Combine orange, lemonade and pineapple juice.

Refrigerate 2 hours or until serving time.

When ready to serve, pour juice mixture into punch bowl; add sherbet to
punch in small scoops.

Add ginger ale.

Makes 12 to 16 servings.
