1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 dash pepper
Combine all ingredients; mix lightly.
Shape into four patties about 1/2-inch thick.
Broil over hot coals five to six minutes; turn and broil five
minutes or to desired doneness.
Or Grill 10 minutes.
