Categories : Volume 6-06 June 2003

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
Round steak -- shaved or chipped*
                        Onions -- diced
                        CheezWhiz®
Hoagie or Sub Rolls -- split

Sauté the shaved steak and onions together until meat is no longer pink and
onions are translucent. Slather the CheezWhiz® on the inside of the rolls.
Fill rolls with meat and onions. Enjoy!

This is the basic recipe, use ingredient amounts needed for your family.

We can purchase frozen "shaped" steaks in our grocery stores but the recipe
above is the real thing.

You can, of course, change the CheezWhiz® to whatever cheese your family
prefers, Provolone, American work best. Add peppers (hot or sweet) if you
like. We also like to heat up some pasta sauce and make "pizza steaks".
