Orange Butter Cake (2 loaves)

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup soft butter
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 cup orange juice
3 large eggs -- slightly beaten
Combine ALL 12 ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Beat at low speed until blended. Then beat at high speed 3 minutes.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2- x 4 1/2- x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350F 45 minutes or until toothpick tests clean.
Cool in pans 10 minutes then invert to cool completely on wire racks.
