Roll out a very thin layer of the dough and line a baking dish Roll out enough dough to cover the dish. Beat the eggs with the cheese which has been finely minced in a blender. Pour the mixture into the lined dish and cover with the dough. Brush with egg yolks and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes.
