1 cup fresh rosemary leaves
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 sprig fresh rosemary
Rinse and dry rosemary leaves.
Chop leaves into small pieces and place in a sterilized container.
Add vinegar and seal container tightly.
Place container in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks. Strain.
Place clean, dry rosemary sprig into a sterilized glass container.
Add vinegar.
Seal container tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
Use within 4 months.
