6 egg yolks
3/4 cup powdered sugar -- (175 mL)
1 cup sweet Marsala wine -- (250 mL) Beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy in a double boiler. Add Marsala.
Cook at low heat, continuing beating until thickened. Remove from heat and
keep beating until lukewarm. Pour into sherbet glasses. Serve as is or ice cold or poured over fruit,
