  14            ounces  EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk -- (1 can)
                        [NOT evaporated milk]
  1 1/4           cups  pumpkin -- cooked or canned
  2             Tbsps.  brown sugar
  1                     egg
     1/4          tsp.  ground cinnamon
     1/4          tsp.  ground nutmeg
  12                    unbaked tart shells -- (3 inches)
                        Whipped topping -- optional
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin, brown 
sugar, egg, cinnamon and nutmeg.  Pour evenly into tart shells.  Bake for 
18 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden.  Cool; garnish 
with whipped topping, if desired.

  9             pounds  pork -- (4 kg)
  9             pounds  beef -- (4 kg)
  3             pounds  beef fat -- (1.3 kg)
  2        tablespoons  ground coriander seed -- (30 mL)
  2        tablespoons  salt -- (30 mL)
  2          teaspoons  allspice -- (10 mL)
  2          teaspoons  ground cloves -- (10 mL)
  2        tablespoons  ground pepper -- (30 mL)
  1           teaspoon  sugar -- (5 mL)
Mince and mix pork, beef and fat. Mix all the spices well. Fill sausage 
skins giving the skin a twist every 6 inches (15 cm).
Makes "enough for a crowd".

  6                     biscuits
  4             slices  very brown toast
  2             sticks  margarine
  2               cans  cream of chicken soup
                        celery, lots
                        onions, lots
                        Salt and pepper, to taste
                        Sage
  2                     raw eggs
                        broth
Mix all ingredients except broth well.  Pour broth over dressing. Mix, mix, 
mix. That's the secret.
Set awhile. Bake between 350-400F.
