In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin, brown sugar, egg, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour evenly into tart shells. Bake for 18 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden. Pour broth over dressing. Mix, mix, mix. That's the secret. Set awhile. Bake between 350-400F.
