4 medium zucchini -- chopped
2 onions -- chopped
2 stalks celery -- chopped
1 can chicken or beef broth
salt and pepper -- to taste
1 dash cumin
sour cream or fat free sour cream -- optional Cut up zucchini, onion and celery. Cook all, until tender, in broth.
Add seasonings. Place in batches in blender and blend until pureed.

zucchini. Other seasonings may be added. I like to add some chopped
