Crust:
2 Cups Cake Flour
1 Cup Bran
1 Pinch Salt
2/3 Cup Oil
4 Tablespoons Milk
Filling:
1 Can Tuna
1 Onion -- Finely Chopped
1 Package Bacon
1 1/2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Cooked White Sauce
3 Eggs -- Well Beaten Crust : Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the oil and the milk.
Mix to form a stiff dough. Line an oven proof pie dish with the dough. Filling : Fry the onion and the bacon in a little bit of oil. Add the
white sauce, then the cheese. Mix well. Add the tuna and the eggs. Pour into the lined pie dish. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about one hour. Notes :
