1/2 cup skim milk yogurt -- (125 mL) In a blender, puree 1/2 cup (125 mL) skim milk yogurt with one of
the following combinations. Freeze until firm enough to insert a
stick upright, then continue to freeze until firm. Each combination makes two three-ounce cups. Strawberry: Six or more strawberries and 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) honey. Raspberry: Eight or more raspberries and 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) honey. Tropical: Half a banana, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) orange or pineapple juice
and a dash of vanilla. Grape: 3 Tbsp. (50 mL) frozen concentrated grape juice and, as a
surprise, place a whole grape in each. Peanut butter/banana: Half a banana, 2 Tbsp (30 mL) peanut butter
and 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped peanuts. Peanut butter/chocolate: 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) peanut butter, 3 Tbsp.
(50 mL)chocolate chips and 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped peanuts. Peach: One small, very ripe peach, a dash of almond extract and
