1 medium Onion -- sliced
1/4 pound Mushroom -- sliced
1 medium Zucchini -- sliced
1 small Green bell pepper -- thinly sliced
1 large Tomato -- diced
2 Tablespoons Basil -- fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic -- minced
4 Tablespoons Butter
Salt and pepper
Parchment paper Cut four one-foot squares of parchment paper. Fold them in half. Divide
all of the ingredients by four and place in the center of the unfolded
papers. Fold the half of the parchment over the vegetables. Starting at
one end of the fold, crimp the edges to seal the pouch. Place on a cookie
sheet. Preheat the oven to 375. Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 18
minutes. Tear open the packets and serve warm.This side dish, cooked and
