1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
pinch salt
3 eggs
1/4 pound butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolks one at a time, beating well. Sift
flour, salt and cinnamon together, add this with milk to cream mixture,
mixing well, then add walnut pieces, beat egg whites until stiff an fold
them into mixture. Place into a ring tin well greased and bake in moderate
oven 25 to 30 mins. When cold ice with lemon icing and decorate with walnut
