  11      ounces        skinless boneless chicken thighs --  cut
                        half-inch across the grain
                        Vegetable oil cooking spray
   1      small         onion --  minced
     1/2  cup           water
   1      tablespoon    chicken bouillon granules
   1      tablespoon    Dijon mustard
   1      tablespoon    Worcestershire sauce
   2      teaspoon      corn starch
   1      teaspoon      garlic salt
   1      teaspoon      prepared horseradish
Apply cooking spray to large frypan and heat to medium temperature. Add
chicken and stir-fry about 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in
onion, water, chicken bouillon granules, mustard, Worcestershire sauce,
cornstarch, garlic salt and horseradish. Simmer, stirring frequently, 
about 10 minutes or until fork tender and sauce is thick. 
Serving Suggestion: Spoon onto a bed of rice.
Prep: 10 min.; Cook: 15 min.; Serves: 3

   2      tablespoons   round steak -- 1 1/2" thick
     1/2  pound         mushrooms
   1      teaspoon      prepared mustard
   4      tablespoons   chili sauce
   3      tablespoons   butter -- melted
   1      teaspoon      salt
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper
     1/4  teaspoon      paprika
   1      tablespoon    onion -- grated
     1/4  cup           lemon juice
   1      teaspoon      Worcestershire sauce
Score steak on both sides and spread with mustard. Combine remaining
ingredients, except the mushrooms, and let steak stand in mixture for
2 hours, turning several times. Remove from sauce; brown well on both
sides in a hot pan. Brown the mushrooms at same time. Add one cup hot
water to sauce, pour it over the steak and mushrooms, cover and cook
slowly for 1 hour. or until meat is very tender.

   1                    lime -- freshly squeezed,
                        juice only
   2      tablespoons   chopped Bermuda onions
Blend thoroughly.
