* Exported from MasterCook * Kikkoman Ginger Chicken and Vegetable Packets Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 3-9, September 2000 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 sheets Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil [12 x 18 inches each] 1/3 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce 1 tablespoon oriental sesame oil 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 4 boneless -- skinless chicken halves (1 to 1 1/4 pounds), cut in 1/2-inch strips 2 cups small broccoli florets 1 medium red bell peppers -- cut in chunks 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms -- quartered hot cooked rice Preheat grill to medium high or oven to 450ºF. Combine teriyaki marinade and sauce, sesame oil and ginger. Add chicken and vegetables; toss until evenly coated. Center one fourth of chicken mixture on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets. Grill 12 to 14 minutes in covered grill or bake 15 to 18 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven. Serve over rice.
