* Exported from MasterCook * Obsttorte Mit Joghurtcreme (fruit-tart With Yogurtcream) Recipe By :Monika Eckert Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cakes Cheese Desserts Fruit Gelatin Raspberries Strawberries Volume 3-6, June 2000 Yogurt Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- *** For the dough *** 5 1/4 ounces flour 2 1/3 ounces sugar 2 1/3 ounces butter 1 egg *** For the filling *** 5 1/4 ounces yogurt 5 1/4 ounces Mascarpone cheese 3/8 cup sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 4 leaves gelatin 7 1/16 ounces whipping cream 7 1/16 ounces raspberries 7 1/16 ounces strawberries 7 1/16 ounces red currant 1 package glaze 1 1/16 cups apple juice Knead flour, sugar, butter and egg to smooth dough. Heat oven to 200C (390 °F) and give the dough in a springform of 20 cm (7,8 inches). Also form a border with the dough. Now place some baking paper on the dough an fill in dried peas. Bake about 30 minutes. Remove pies and paper and set aside to cool. Mix together yogurt and Mascarpone, 5 tablespoons sugar and lemon juice. Soak gelatin in water, then press water out and dissolve. Stir into the yogurt-Mascarpone cream. Whip whipping cream and add to the cream when it' s starting to thicken. Spread into the pie shell. Cool in the refrigera- tor for 2 hours. Wash and the fruits and give over the cream. With glaze, 1 tablespoon sugar and apple juice prepare the glaze as described on the package and spread over the fruits. I used strawberries, raspberries and cherries, but I think it would be nice with every kind of berries, especially black currant and blueberries. Great cake for any time in summer! |
