Halve the chili peppers, take out the seeds, wash them and cut into small slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Heat wok or a pan, add half of the oil. First fry the zucchini, chili peppers and the onion. Take out of the pan and keep warm. Heat the rest of the oil and fry the ground beef until brown. Add the vegetable again. Mix Sambal oelek and beef stock, add to the dish. Flavor with salt and pepper and cook for a moment. At last spread the coconut over the dish. Heat wok or pan, let the oil get hot. Fry onion and garlic, add meat, stir until beef is brown. Add tomato paste, wine, beef stock, whipping cream and all spices. While stirring sometimes let it cook for 5-10 minutes. In the meantime give the tomato for a short time in cooking water, then in cold water and peel it. Cut into halves and take out the seeds. Cut into not to small pieces. Cut the feta in small cubes. Add the tomatoes to the beef and flavor with the spices again. Spread feta and dill upon it.
