  1                 lb  hot bulk sausage
  1           8 oz can  crescent rolls
  2                  c  mozzarella, cheddar or Monterey Jack
                        cheese
     1/4             t  salt
     1/8             t  pepper
  4                     eggs, beaten
     3/4             c  skim milk
Brown sausage.  Rinse in colander with hot water for 1 minute. Drain
well.  Place crescent rolls in greased 9x13 baking pan. Press to seal
perforations.  Cover with sausage and cheese.  Mix together seasonings,
eggs and milk, and pour over cheese.
Bake at 425º for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.  Serve warm.
