1 lb hot bulk sausage
1 8 oz can crescent rolls
2 c mozzarella, cheddar or Monterey Jack
cheese
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c skim milk Brown sausage. Rinse in colander with hot water for 1 minute. Drain
well. Place crescent rolls in greased 9x13 baking pan. Press to seal
perforations. Cover with sausage and cheese. Mix together seasonings,
