3 cups diced cooked ham (about 1 pound)
1 pint cherry tomatoes -- quartered
3 green onions -- chopped
1/3 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar With tender potatoes and chopped ham, this easy dish could be a hearty side
dish or summer lunch entree. 1. Mix potatoes, ham, tomatoes and green onions in large bowl; set aside. 2. Mix mustard, mayonnaise and vinegar in small bowl. Stir into potato
mixture, tossing to coat well. 3. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per serving:
333 calories, 22 g protein, 24 g carbohydrate, 15 g total fat, 4 g saturated
