   2      Teaspoons     Anise Seed -- Crushed
   2      Teaspoons     Ground Black Pepper
   2      Teaspoons     Fennel Seeds -- Crushed
   2      Teaspoons     Ground Cloves
   2      Teaspoons     Ground Cinnamon
   1 1/2  Teaspoons     Ground Ginger
     1/2  Teaspoon      Ground Allspice
Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container. Use to flavor
fish or pork.

   5      Medium        Tomatoes -- Diced
     1/3  Cup           Tomato Sauce
     1/4  Cup           Purple Onion -- Finely Chopped
   3      Cloves        Garlic -- Minced
   2      Small         Jalapeno Peppers -- Seeded and Minced
   2      Tablespoons   Fresh Cilantro or Parsley -- Minced
   1      Tablespoon    Fresh Oregano -- Minced
   2      Tablespoons   Lime Juice
   1      Teaspoon      Salt
Combine all ingredients, stirring gently; cover and chill. Serve over
toasted French bread or with chips, fish, or chicken.

   4      Cups          (16 ounces) Sharp Cheddar Cheese -- Shredded
     3/4  Cup           Butter -- Softened
   2      Tablespoons   Dijon Mustard
   2      Tablespoons   Milk
   2      Teaspoons     Worcestershire Sauce
     1/2  Cup           Mixed Dried Fruit -- Chopped
     1/2  Cup           Sliced Almonds -- Toasted
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 5 ingredients.
Process 1 minute or until smooth. Chill 30 minutes. Shape into a ball.
Roll in dried fruit and almonds, pressing gently to make fruit and
almonds adhere. Chill up to 2 days. Let sit 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
