* Exported from MasterCook * Easy Bread Crumb Roast Chicken Recipe By : Michael McLaughlin Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :1:20 Categories : Volume 2-10, Oct '99 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 Cups Prepared Bread Crumbs 1 Tablespoon Poultry Seasoning 1/4 Cup Milk 2 Eggs 4 Tablespoons Butter -- Melted 4 Chicken Breast Halves Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix crumbs and spice mix in a shallow bowl. Whisk egg and milk in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken breasts in milk and egg mixture and then in crumb mixture, coating well with crumbs. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture again and then again in the crumb mixture. Chicken should be well coated with crumb mixture. Place chicken on a foil lined pan and drizzle with butter.
