I took it to a pot- luck and it was all eaten and I had many good comments. Cake is easy, the frosting is a bit more difficult. Refrigerate the mayo for 1/2 hour to let the flavors to blend; taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Thin it with milk to make a spicy salad dressing. Recipe Notes: This is the dressing for the cabbage Florence uses in his fish tacos. It's great! Sometimes I don't want to open a can of chipotles, so I add about 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) chipotle powder. If I open a can of chipotles, I put the remaining chiles on foil and freeze them. When they're frozen, I drop them in a zip-top bag.
