* Exported from MasterCook * Chicken Sausage And Noodle Casserole Recipe By : Art Guyer Serving Size : 9 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 15-10 Oct 2012 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound pre-cooked chicken sausage, sliced thin 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped red sweet pepper 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted 2 2/3 cups water 16 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup panko bread crumbs Brown sausage in a large skillet, add onion and red pepper. Cover over medium heat until browned and vegetables are tender. Drain and blot away any excess fat. Combine soup and water. Add meat mixture, noodles, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until bubbly. During last 10 minutes, add cheese and bread crumbs. Note: Made by Art.
