* Exported from MasterCook * Velveeta Cheesy Beef Stroganoff Recipe By : Serving Size : 5 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 15-09 Sep 2012 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound ground beef 2 cups water 3 cups medium egg noodles 1/2 pound Velveeta -- (8 ounces) cut into 1/2 inch cubes 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup -- (1 can) 1/4 teaspoon black pepper salt -- to taste (optional) Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in water; bring to boil. Stir in noodles; cover. Simmer on Medium-Low heat 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. Add Velveeta, soup, pepper and salt (if needed). Cook 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Serve with mixed green salad tossed with your favorite dressing.
