* Exported from MasterCook * Taco Skillet Dinner Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:25 Categories : Volume 15-02 Feb 2012 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound lean ground beef 1 package Old El PasoŽ Taco Seasoning Mix -- (1-ounce) 2 1/2 cups water 7 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni -- (2 cups) 4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese -- (1 cup) 2 green onions -- sliced 1/2 cup sour cream 1 medium tomato -- chopped 1 Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. 2 Add taco seasoning mix, water and macaroni; mix well. Bring to a boil; stir. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is of desired doneness, stirring occasionally. 3 Sprinkle with cheese and onions. Top with sour cream.
