Mix well. Add crabmeat, onions, pimento and celery. Mix lightly. Spoon 1 rounded teaspoon of filling into each Fillo Shell. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm. Add onion and bell pepper; cook, stirring often, until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400F. Coat a mini-muffin pan with cooking spray. Whisk whole-wheat pastry flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, oregano, sugar, garlic powder and salt in a medium bowl. Stir milk, feta, egg, tomato paste and olives into the onion mixture. Make a well in the dry ingredients; add the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Fill the prepared muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake the muffins until lightly browned, 13 to 15 minutes. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack. Back to Recipe List * Exported from MasterCook * Mr. Food's Bacon and Cheese Potato Casserole Recipe By : Art Ginsburg Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : FareShare Gazette December 2011 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup butter -- (1 stick) 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 3 1/2 cups instant potato flakes 1 small onion -- finely chopped 1/2 cup bacon bits 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese -- (6 ounces) 1 cup heavy cream -- (1/2 pint) 1 scallion -- thinly sliced (1 to 2) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. In a saucepan, bring water, butter, salt, and pepper to a boil over high heat. Remove saucepan from heat and gently stir in potato flakes, onion and bacon bits until well combined. Spoon potato mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese then pour cream over top. Sprinkle with scallions. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through and edges are golden. Serves 6. Notes: For those of you who are skeptical about using potato flakes, trust us on this one...you won't be disappointed. And feel free to substitute shredded Cheddar cheese instead of the Swiss or your favorite variety.
