* Exported from MasterCook * Doug's Top of the Head Carrot Soup Recipe By : Doug Serving Size : Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 14-09 Sep 2011 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 cups chicken stock 7 carrots -- chopped 1/2 onion -- chopped 1 garlic clove 1 teaspoon salt Pepper -- to taste Hot sauce -- to taste 1 teaspoon Madras curry powder Milk Combine the chicken stock, chopped carrots, onion and garlic in a pot. Cook until the carrots are soft then add the seasoning. Transfer to a blender and process until the vegetables are pureed. Return to the pot and add milk 'until it looks right'.
