* Exported from MasterCook * Grilled Potatoes in Foil Recipe By : Giant/Martin's Food Stores, modified by Art Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 14-06 Jun 2011 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 pounds potatoes 2 large sweet onions, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons olive oil 6 strips bacon, fried crisp, drained and crushed 1 teaspoon ground black pepper salt, to taste Rinse and scrub potatoes and slice into 1/4-inch thick rounds. On a large piece of heavy-duty foil, place potatoes and onion slices. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Seal packet tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Open packet carefully and sprinkle with bacon and pepper before serving.
