* Exported from MasterCook * Dream Street Scalloped Potatoes Recipe By : Alice Whitman, Lititz, PA; page 64 Serving Size : 5 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 14-01 Jan 2011 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 medium-large boiled potatoes -- sliced 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon butter 2 hard-boiled eggs -- sliced 1 cup sour cream 1 cup ham -- chopped 1/2 cup milk 1 cup bread crumbs -- buttered 1. Arrange 1/2 of potato slices in greased casserole dish. Season lightly with salt and dabs of butter. Cover with egg slices. Spread 1/2 of sour cream over eggs. Add remaining potatoes and cover with ham. 2. Mix remaining sour cream with milk and pour over casserole ingredients. Top with buttered bread crumbs. 3. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until top has browned. I served it with a vegetable and did add a bit more ham than called for. The milk did not incorporate into the dish in 30 minutes. I will cook it a bit longer the next time I make it.
