* Exported from MasterCook * Apple Streusel Recipe By : Stephanie Ashcraft Serving Size : Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 13-08 Aug 2010 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Batter: 1 yellow cake mix 2 large eggs 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract 1 21 ounce can apple pie filling Topping: 1/4 cup butter or margarine -- melted 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together cake mix, eggs, lemon extract and apple pie filling. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Prepare topping with melted butter, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Mix with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over top of batter. Bake 42 to 47 minutes.
