* Exported from MasterCook * Three-Potato Grill Packet Recipe By : Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 13-06 Jun 2010 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 large sweet potatoes -- or yam, peeled, halved lengthwise, sliced (1 1/2 pounds) 3 yellow potatoes or 1 large white potato -- peeled if desired, halved, sliced (about (3/4 pound) 3 medium red potatoes -- peeled, if desired and sliced 1 small onion -- halved and sliced 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley -- (optional) 1 teaspoon dried marjoram 1 teaspoon dried basil or 1 tablespoon fresh basil 1 teaspoon garlic pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- cut into small pieces Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to Medium direct heat. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine all ingredients except butter in order listed; toss to coat. Lightly coat 12x24-inch piece of heavy duty foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place potato mixture in center of one end of foil; dot with butter. Fold foil over to enclose potatoes in 12x12-inch packet, crimping edges to seal, leaving room for expansion. Place packet on grill. Grill, covered, 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes and tender, carefully turning packet over once. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving. Makes 10 servings. Back to Recipe List * Exported from MasterCook * Tuna Noodle Casserole (Talia's) Recipe By : Talia Valencia Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 13-06 Jun 2010 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 cup milk 2 cups frozen peas 2 (7 ounce) cans albacore in water, drained and flaked 4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups French's Fried Onions Mix soup, milk, peas, tuna and cooked noodles in a 3-quart casserole. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until hot. Stir and then spread top with fried onions and cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes, until browned.
