* Exported from MasterCook * Kickin' Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe By : Healthy Family Table Serving Size : 16 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 13-02 Feb 2010 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup pre-cooked skinless chicken -- chopped or shredded 12 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese 1/2 cup reduced-fat blue cheese or ranch salad dressing 1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese -- shredded 1/2 cup hot sauce Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add cream cheese to a bowl and stir in salad dressing, hot sauce and shredded cheddar cheese until well mixed. Add chicken. Put mixture into a heat-proof casserole and bake 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Serve with toasted pita or bagel chips, baked tortilla chips, low-fat crackers or vegetables of your choice. Prep and cook time: 25 minutes. Makes 16 servings. Notes: This can also be prepared as above and microwaved for 5-10 minutes instead of baking. This variation of Kickin' Buffalo Chicken Dip is a lighter take on a Super Bowl favorite. It's delicious with vegetables, such as carrots and celery, or baked tortilla or pita chips.
