* Exported from MasterCook * Apple Cheesecake Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 12-12 Dec 2009 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 ounces cream cheese -- softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 dash salt 2 eggs 1 Keebler® Ready Crust® Graham Pie Crust TOPPING 21 ounces apple pie filling 2 tablespoons chopped pecans -- toasted* 1. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing until just combined after each addition. 2. Place crust on baking sheet. Pour in cream cheese mixture. Bake at 325F about 25 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool for 1 hour on wire rack. 3. Spread pie filling over cheesecake. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with pecans. Store in refrigerator.
