* Exported from MasterCook * Herb-Glazed Salmon Recipe By :meijermealbox.com Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 12-10 Oct 2009 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup apricot preserves 3 tablespoons fresh basil 2 tablespoons butter 4 skin-on salmon fillets [4 to 5 ounces each] Preheat grill to Medium-High (350 F.) For glaze, in a microwave-safe bowl combine apricot preserves, basil and butter. Microwave just until butter melts; mix well. Spread glaze on flesh side of salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Grill salmon, flesh side down, 3 minutes or until fish begins to turn opaque. Brush skin side with glaze, turn and grill 3 minutes more or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4.
