* Exported from MasterCook * Holly's Goat Cheese Flan Recipe By : Serving Size : Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 11-06 Jun 2008 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 ounces goat cheese 3 eggs 1 cup cream -- or half and half 1 cup creme fraiche Thyme -- to taste Salt and pepper -- to taste Stir all together goat cheese, eggs, cream, creme fraiche. Strain. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt, a little pepper and thyme. Put custard in little custard dishes; place the dishes in a pan filled with boiling water up most of the way up the dishes. Bake 20-25 minutes, until set except a small circle in the middle. Author : Holly Baldwin.
