Quick Pinto Bean Supper for 1

8 ounces pinto beans -- (1 can) drained well
1 tomato -- chopped
1 green onion -- sliced
[green ends included]
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -- (approximately)
[a couple of handfuls]
Tortilla chips
Dump beans into microwave-safe bowl. Top with tomato, onion and cheese.
Cover lightly with paper towel. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with crunched-up tortilla chips.
Serves 1.
To freshen stale crackers or chips, lay them between paper towels and
microwave on high 30 seconds.
