* Exported from MasterCook * Green Beans with Peanut Dressing Recipe By :What's Cookin' at All Saints Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Volume 10-11 Nov 2007 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound green beans -- frozen or fresh 1/2 cup soy sauce **PEANUT DRESSING** 6 tablespoons chunky peanut butter 1/2 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon chicken stock, dry concentrate -- dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water String the beans. Cut diagonally into 1-inch lengths. Cook, uncovered in boiling water until beans turn a bright green. Do not overcook. Drain completely and cool. For the Dressing: Mix well peanut butter, sugar, soy sauce and chicken broth. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce over the beans. Let stand for 10 minutes. Toss beans with Peanut Dressing. Serves 4.
