6 teaspoons ground coriander
5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 teaspoons ground allspice
3 teaspoons ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cloves
Mix all spices thoroughly and keep in airtight container away from heat and
light.
Makes 1/2 cup spice.

This is a spice blend common in British recipes. It is a combination of
coriander, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, ginger and cloves.
Chupa Note: from the mix of spices, I bet this came to Britain via India.
Probably good for curries.
