Vanilla Nut Butter

2 sticks butter -- softened (1/2 pound)
2 tablespoons chopped nuts
such as pistachios, walnuts or macadamia
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Serve immediately or cover
and chill, then soften a bit before serving.
Serving Suggestions:
Slather Vanilla Nut Butter on rolls and breakfast pastries for a memorable
brunch treat.
Make frozen pancakes and waffles taste homemade with a healthy dollop of
Vanilla Nut Butter.
